Why I fell in love with this dress, and why I want it to go someone who loves it, too!
- Designer based in New Zealand. (Purchased originally from Lovely Bride)
- The buttery-feeling crepe fabric gave the dress some weight and flowy body, but didn't feel awkward like some off-shoulder/strapless dresses can feel
- Sultry, romance vibes
- It has pockets!
- Asymmetrical fabric draping in the front was a unique and creative feature, but not over the top!
- Elegant and classic, but not too simple.
Other helpful notes!
- Added subtle buttons behind the underarm of the dress so the off-the-shoulder straps could be "taken-off" (a.k.a. pinned back) for dancing.
- Bustle added is a high "over bustle" / "bow bustle" style -- giving some extra curve to the behind.
- Spent a full 12 hours in this dress and didn't have a single issue. Wish I could find a reason to wear it again!
- It has been professionally cleaned. There are very minimal stains at the hem. (I can send pictures if helpful!) As soon as you put the dress on, no one is looking at the hem -- they are looking at you! Any good photographer will edit out any blemishes on your wedding dress in your wedding photos.
