It has several layers of material, from silky to sheer with flowers. It makes a really cool 3D effect and very eye catching! It was altered and hemmed for me to size 4, and I believe it still has room for altering. Bra pads were inserted and can be detached. It has hidden hooks, so you can bustle the trail. Has small tear and some marks on inner skirt, not visible at all! Only reason I didn't professionally cleaned it - it doesn't look dirty at all and I'm afraid it can be ruined by cleaners...
